From now on and for the duration of your program, we'll be using WhatsApp to communicate. It’s where you’ll:

• send me videos of your pets’ behavior

• ask me questions and keep me updated between our Zoom sessions

• access the Cat and Dog Coexistence Club: participate in discussions and get info about live events (we'll explore this community area inside WhatsApp more a bit later)

So let's get that WhatsApp chat group set up 👍

1. Download WhatsApp onto your phone (if you don't have it already) - it's free and really easy to use... it's just like texting! Here are the download links: iOS and Android

2. Set up your phone number in the app - here's how

3. Adjust your app notification settings so you'll be alerted when there's activity inside our chat - here's how

4. Add me as a contact: Naomi (301) 801 - 0204 and send me a message!

Something as simple as "hi, it's YOUR NAME" is totally fine. I'll use that phone number info to create a group chat with your pets' names as the title (it helps differentiate our conversation from any of your other private messages).

I'll be continuing the Strategy Session prep/info gathering in that group chat, so keep a close eye on your WhatsApp notifications so you don't miss any important steps of the program.
